Integrated pillars from regenerative agri and fortified foods to Super-Cube® leadership, ethical commerce on SupplierAdvisor®, Foundation philanthropy and Impact PMO delivery.

Case · School nutrition (NSNP)
2.5 million children a day (plan)
Big Five Foods has landed the National School Nutrition Programme (NSNP) pathway with South Africa’s Department of Basic Education — planned to feed 2.5 million children per day with fortified porridges, soya minces and one-pot meals. That scale is a high-level delivery plan as the programme ramps, not a claim of current daily operational headcount.

A Super-Cube® leadership intervention across local and international businesses in the African fast-moving consumer goods value chain — building whole-person capacity so decisions, ethics and performance improve together.
When leaders across the FMCG value chain improve on every face of the Super-Cube®, the gains do not stop at individual scorecards — they compound into stronger firms, fairer markets and more resilient food systems that Africa’s people can trust.

Case · SupplierAdvisor® · DBE × KZN school nutrition
~1,800 providers · ~6,000 schools
KZN schools · one verified network
Big Five Connect runs SupplierAdvisor® so the Department of Basic Education can align school nutrition delivery across KwaZulu-Natal: roughly 1,800 service providers and approximately 6,000 schools on one verified operating fabric — where approved products, menus and compliance incentives live in the same place as trade.
Sets approved products and menus on the platform — one source of truth for what may be bought and served under the programme.
Caterers and suppliers operate against that approved list, with visibility, verification and incentives aligned to DBE requirements.
Schools on the network receive and serve from the same approved products and menus — compliance becomes the path of least resistance.
School feeding only works when the plate matches the policy. Connecting DBE authority with the people who buy, cook and serve — at roughly 1,800 providers and 6,000 schools in KZN — turns SupplierAdvisor® into a compliance and nutrition engine, not just a marketplace.
