Research first
Super-Cube® was developed by Dr Craig R. Muller through his doctoral research (DBA thesis, University of KwaZulu-Natal, 2020). It is a multidimensional, human-centric framework, developed and tested in an African FMCG business network.
The central finding: leadership is substantially developable, roughly 70 to 76%, through deliberate practice. That is a research result, not a promise that every cohort will score in that band. The work was peer-reviewed in SAJEMS and JCM in 2022.
